Finally, I started running again. Its been a month since I have been doing it. I started slow, not that I have progressed a lot, but yeah at least, the initial shin splits and the lower back pains are slowly giving way to stronger strides and better form. As of now, I do a 3 miler every weekday and a 4 miler on weekends. I cant run the whole distance though. Its a mix of walking and running but surprisingly, my timings have not been bad. I end up covering the same distance in almost the same time this way too. Best of all, I started enjoying it again.
Lets hope I do make it to the Delhi half marathon in November this time.
